Monochrome

I lie down

Ruminate on your memories

The physical touches

And the mental fusings

Of your porcelain skin

Against my ebony hues

And then they saw the contrast

And built a wall

Shackling us

Under the pretense of freedom

Putting us

On the either sides

And only then will we be free

When they see through the wall

And when everything becomes monochrome.
